Welcome to AI Web Assets ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
AI Web Assets provides premium website rebuilding, conversion optimization, local SEO management, and automated booking configurations. The specific scope of work for any client project will be outlined in a separate Digital Marketing Services Agreement prior to onboarding.
2. Client Responsibilities
To deliver our high-ticket lead assets efficiently, clients must provide necessary account access (e.g., Google Business Profile management access, domain credentials) and approved brand assets (logos, images) in a timely manner. Delays in asset delivery will extend project timelines.
3. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment of all upfront setup fees, the client owns 100% of their custom web design, domain, and frontend copy. AI Web Assets retains full ownership of its proprietary backend tracking logic, proprietary AI prompt architectures, and system snapshots used to run the automations.
4. Limitation of Liability
While our systems are engineered for maximum technical performance and high-ticket conversion success, organic ranking positions and lead volumes depend heavily on local market competition and search engine algorithm updates. AI Web Assets does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
5. Payment Protocols and Retainer Cycles
All initial setup and project build fees must be processed and cleared via our secure merchant payment links prior to development execution. Ongoing subscription retainers are billed automatically on a recurring monthly cycle. We accept all major US credit/debit cards and secure ACH bank transfers.
